Thank you for entering my page! Right now, you are probably searching to find out more about Jewish beliefs in Jesus. Perhaps, you are questioning your faith, and are looking at different options. Beth T'filah of Hallandale, Florida, a congregation where one can receive a "sound Jewish education" and find a "meaningful worship experience." On their web-site, Beth T'filah uses traditional Jewish symbols, a torah and a tallit. What they leave out from their web-site is that they are not a Jewish congregation, but a Christian congregation. Specifically, they are part of the Southern Baptist Convention. I will demonstrate this, using information from their web-site and other Christian sites. Each time, reference links will be provided so you can see the evidence with your own eyes. Southern Baptist Creation
Beth T'filah is a official member of the Southern Baptist Convention. Here is their link on the Southern Baptist web-site:

Not surprisingly, Beth T'filah is listed on the Florida Baptist Convention baptism lists. Here is the link to the 2002 Report on Baptisms; Beth T'filah is the 6th listing (Editor's note: Your computer must be able to read .doc files to read this link): Click Here Similarly, Beth T'filah is listed on the 2003 Florida Baptist Convention Report of Mission Giving; Beth T'filah is the 10th listing (Editor's note: Again, your computer must be able to read .doc files to read this link): Click Here A real Jewish congregation would never be listed with the churches of the Florida Baptist Convention, particularly for baptisms and giving money to missionary work! Christian Debts
As a Christian organization, Beth T'filah is connected with Christian Stewardship, a Christian debt counseling organzation. Here is the link to their listing, Beth T'filah is the 39th listing: Click Here So, what is the position of Christian Stewardship? According to their web-site: "It is the position of the Christian Stewardship Network that God has called we Christians to be faithful stewards of all that He has entrusted to us. Through this Bible study we will see how Christians have been called into stewardship and how we can manage all the resources given to us by our Lord. The Christian Stewardship Network proffers a Definition of Stewardship, i.e., Christian Stewardship is the process of managing all of life and life’s resources for God’s purposes."
Obviously, Christian Stewardship is a not a Jewish group, but a Christian group. Not a bad group, at least by outward appearances, but certainly not Jewish in any way, shape or form.
